Ray's Ole Bull

A friend at the Darnton workshop, Ray Lee, brought a gorgeous violin that he built for the Ole Bull project that took place in Oslo this spring. (Unfortunately, the volcanic dust cloud over Europe put a kink in his plan to ship the violin to the exhibition). This violin is a joy to play and to look at, and I spent a good while doing both.
